Rowing BC has committed to developing an enhanced Coach Education and Development pathway in British Columbia. This will be achieved through the delivery of NCCP workshops, offering coach development sessions to experienced and developing coaches, and facilitating coach mentorship opportunities.

Coach Mentorship Program

The Rowing BC Coach Mentorship Program is an opportunity for individuals who would like to develop their coaching to work with BC’s most experienced coaches. Mentor coaches represent university, national team, and leading club and school programs.

Coach Development Sessions

Rowing BC conducts Coach Development Sessions that are designed to provide learning and development opportunities for coaches and athletes across the province. These sessions will be held throughout the province and are free of charge for anyone interested.
