Learn about the WRCC at this wine and cheese session 🍷🧀
Message from Open Aviron Rowing Coastal Association (OARCA):
The 2018 World Rowing Coastal Championships (WRCC) are being held in Sidney, BC October 11-14, 2018. This event is a “club championships” similar to the World Rowing Masters regatta: it is open to anyone who is a member of a rowing club recognized by the National Federation (RCA). For Canadians, that means no selection, no erg tests, no seat racing!
VCRC and OARCA (the 2018 WRCC organiser), with the support of The Lakes Restaurant at Howard Johnson’s, is hosting a wine and cheese information session for anyone interested in competing in the 2018 WRCC. Come and find out more about coastal rowing and racing, rules, how to enter, how to get a boat etc.
April 22, 2018 3-5 pm at The Lakes Restaurant in the Howard Johnson Hotel (on Elk Lake Drive).
Space is limited so all attendees must RSVP here in advance of the event. There is no cost to attend.
More information about the 2018 WRCC is available here.
