Rowing BC has committed to developing an enhanced Coach Education and Development pathway in British Columbia. This will be achieved through the delivery of RCA Coach and LTR Coach workshops, offering professional development opportunities to experienced and developing coaches, and facilitating coach mentorship opportunities.
