SUMMARY:Monthly Conference Content Series- Implementing RCA Safe Sport Resources
DESCRIPTION:Rowing BC has designed a Monthly Conference Content Series to deliver valuable content and resources to you\, our membership\, consistently throughout the year in a virtual setting. Once a month Rowing BC will host an evening special topic presentation followed by an open opportunity to bring up other ongoing questions/comments/concerns with Rowing BC’s President\, Executive Director\, and Head Provincial Coach. \nAt the Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) conference in January 2021\, new Safe Sport framework\, procedures and policies will begin to be rolled out nation-wide. This seminar in February will provide an opportunity for Rowing BC to support Boards and other key leaders at each member organization to navigate what applying this Safe Sport framework will entail in their local environment. \nAccess complete information here \n
