DESCRIPTION:Rowing BC has designed a Monthly Conference Content Series to deliver valuable content and resources to you\, our membership\, consistently throughout the year in a virtual setting. Once a month Rowing BC will host an evening special topic presentation followed by an open opportunity to bring up other ongoing questions/comments/concerns with Rowing BC’s President\, Executive Director\, and Head Provincial Coach. \nHealthy Boards are a precursor to healthy programming. Even a great Board can become a shaky Board if there is turnover and the roles were unclear or the succession plan was not fully thought through.
