DESCRIPTION:Location: Virtual on Zoom. \nDescription:  This workshop is the Virtual Component of RCA Coastal Coach Pathway. If you are coaching Coastal Rowers\, the Coach Certification pathway includes the RCA Coach Weekend 1 Workshop\, as well as the Coastal Coach Workshop Virtual Component\, and the Coastal Coach Workshop In-Person Component.  The Coastal Coach Workshops include modules onSafety (including Float Plans and Dynamic Risk Assessments)\, Beach Entry\, Training and Race Skills\, Rigging\, and Rules of Racing. \nDetails:  RCA Coastal Coach Virtual Component consists of two virtual sessions February 11 & 13 evenings (6-9pm PT).  \nCost for the Workshop is $75 \nRegistration:  To register with Rowing BC for the workshop please click HERE \nRegistrations close on February 5\, 2025. There are 12 spots available so make sure to register early. All coach workshop participants are required by RCA to have completed the Every Coach Certified modules.
