DESCRIPTION:Workshop Overview: \nThe RCA Learn to Row Coach Workshop is intended for coaches who will be working with beginner athletes (those in the Learn to Train stage of Long Term Athlete Development). \nIn this workshop you will learn about and discuss: safety\, analyzing the rowing stroke\, Long Term Athlete Development\, lesson planning\, skills analysis\, teaching and learning\, rigging\, para rowing\, and modifying Learn to Row lessons to meet the needs of your club and the participants. \nFollowing completion of this workshop you will be “RCA Learn to Row Coach Trained”. \nDetails:  \nThis workshop will be delivered in-person\, at Elk Lake in Victoria: \n\nSunday\, August 17th 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM\n\nFull engagement for the duration of the session is required to have completed the RCA Learn to Row Coach workshop. \nRegistration:  Registration and payment ($200 workshop fee) is available through EventBrite HERE. \nRegistration will close on August 4\, 2025. There must be a minimum of 6 registrants at that time for this workshop to proceed.
