DESCRIPTION:Workshop Overview: \nThe RCA Learn to Row Coach Workshop is intended for coaches who will be working with beginner athletes (those in the Learn to Train stage of Long Term Athlete Development). \nIn this workshop you will learn about and discuss: safety\, analyzing the rowing stroke\, Long Term Athlete Development\, lesson planning\, skills analysis\, teaching and learning\, rigging\, para rowing\, and modifying Learn to Row lessons to meet the needs of your club and the participants. \nFollowing completion of this workshop you will be “RCA Learn to Row Coach Trained”. \nDetails:  \nThis workshop will be delivered in multiple formats on this same date: \n\nVictoria In-person Workshop 9 AM – 5 PM – Register HERE\nVancouver In-person Workshop 9 AM – 5 PM – Register HERE\nVernon In-person Workshop 9 AM – 5 PM – Register HERE\n\nRegistration:  Registration and payment ($225 workshop fee) is available through the EventBrite links above. \nRegistration will close on Friday\, May 29\, 2026. Each workshop offering requires a minimum of 6 participants in order to proceed. If there are fewer than 6 registrants for a given option at the time that registration closes\, every effort will be made to include those participants in an option that will be running.
