In this workshop you will learn about and discuss: Safety\, Long Term Athlete Development\, Training plans\, Movement screening\, Skills Analysis\, Practice planning\, Support competition experiences\, and Rigging. This is the first workshop in this pathway. \nDetails: RCA Coach Weekend #1 Workshop with three virtual sessions on March 9\, 16\, & 23\, 2025. \nCost for the RCA Coach Weekend #1 Workshop is $300.00 \nRegistration:  To register with Rowing BC for the workshop please click HERE \nRegistrations close on March 3\, 2025.
