DESCRIPTION:WHO:  \nThis workshop has been specifically created to support coaches involved in the Row-to-Grow program as well as any other coaches who are curious about offering para programs. \nWHAT:  \nYou’ll leave knowing more about: \n\nhow to structure initial experiences for this participant population\nhow to create meaningful alignment with other programs offered at your club\nhow to make individualized equipment adjustments\nand more!\n\nWHERE:  \nLower Mainland\, location TBA* \n*A travel subsidy is available for coaches from outside of the Lower Mainland who will need to take the ferry in order to attend.
