DESCRIPTION:Level 3 Umpire Clinic\n\nLicensed (Level 2) Umpires who are interested in learning more about the Chief Umpire role or becoming a Chief Umpire are invited to take the Level 3 Umpire Clinic. This clinic forms the foundation for becoming a Chief Umpire\, and prepares umpires to take on the role of Associate Chief Umpire at upcoming regattas to gain the practical experience required before completing the final exam.\nThere is no cost to attend the Level 3 Umpire Clinic. \nDetails:  \n\nSaturday\, April 4\, 2026 and Sunday\, April 5\, 2026 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM at the Rowing BC Office (100 – 4636 Elk Lake Drive\, Victoria)\n\nContact ucommittee@rowingbc.ca to sign up. \nRowing BC’s Office and the Umpire Clinician facilitating this clinic will be in touch with you to provide final details in the week leading up to this clinic. \n\nHave questions?
