DESCRIPTION:Elk Lake Spring Regatta hosted by Victoria City Rowing Club.  \nLocation: Victoria City Rowing Club (5100 Patricia Bay Hwy\, Victoria\, BC) \nDescription: This 1850m sprint race is an opportunity to kick-start the Spring racing season\, both for performance athletes\, and for others just looking for an event early in the season. It is primarily attended by teams from Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland\, with some additional reach into the Pacific NorthWest and/or Alberta.
