WORKSHOP: RCA Performance Coach

Workshop Overview:

The RCA Performance Coach Workshop is intended for coaches who will be working with athletes interested in provincial and national competition (those in the Learn to Compete and Train to Compete stages of Long Term Athlete Development).

RCA Performance Coach includes a series of NCCP multi-sport modules coaches complete through the Locker in addition to a weekend of rowing-specific learning. Find out more HERE.

This workshop will be delivered in-person at the Leander Boat Club, in Hamilton, ON.

Coaches are accepted to take this workshop based on an application process. Apply HERE before October 14, 2025 to be considered.
