Para Coaching Workshop

This workshop is intended to provide coaches with the necessary knowledge and experience to feel comfortable coaching para athletes at the learn to row, recreational or competitive levels. Coaches will have the opportunity to discuss theory, as well as try para rowing for themselves on Saturday, February 25th. Sunday, February 26th will provide a chance for coaches to use their new abilities as a para coach and meet both new and current para athletes while helping to run a para rowing Come and Try Day.
