2026 Rowing BC Coach Seminar

Sunday, December 6th 11 AM – 4 PM | Mary Winspear Centre, Sidney, BC

“Making good coaches great – supporting the holistic development of BC’s coaches”

Join us for an interactive day building connections within BC’s coaching community. This seminar has been built to provide coaches an opportunity to pause their regular responsibilities for one day in order to explore, discuss and get curious about themselves and their own personal development. Whether you are new to coaching, or have been involved for a long time, this day is for you.

Topics will be led by Coach Developers from Rowing BC’s Coach Education and Development Taskforce and mentor coaches from RCA’s Canada Coach Development Program. The seminar has been structured to enable coaches to benefit from both the content and the networking opportunities woven into the schedule.

Ticket costs for this Coach Seminar have been kept as low as possible thanks to financial support directly from Rowing BC and Rowing Canada Aviron’s Special Investment Fund.
