National Indoor Rowing Day

INDOOR ROWING DAY IN CANADA 2024 is Saturday February 24, 2024, 9 am to noon in your time zone. It’s easy to take part.

1. 1. Get on a rowing machine at home or at a rowing club or fitness facility.
   2. Send the number of participants and kilometres rowed to indoorrowingdayincanada@gmail.com and they will be added to the national tally.

The final tally for 2023 was 613 participants who rowed 4,736,260 metres!!! The goal is to get across Canada. That’s 5,514 kms from the Atlantic to the Pacific.
