The 2026 Rowing BC AGM will take place virtually on November 12, 2026 at 7 pm.
NOTICE is hereby given to all members of Rowing British Columbia that the 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2026 online beginning at 7 PM (PST).
The business of the meeting shall include:
- Acceptance of the Independent Accountant’s report and Financial Statements for 2025-2026
- Appointment of Independent Accountant for 2026-2027
- Election of President
- Reference Materials:
- Call For Expressions of Interest – circulated June 29, 2026
- Nominating Committee Endorsed Slate of Candidates – circulated September 4, 2026
- Reference Materials:
- Updates from Rowing BC Board, Staff, and Committees
- Other business

Get prepared for the Rowing BC AGM and Annual Awards by following these steps:
- REGISTER: Complete a Voting Designate OR Proxy Form HERE by Friday, November 6, 2026.
- While anyone from the BC rowing community is welcome and encouraged to attend the AGM, only one representative from each Rowing BC member organization will have voting rights at the meeting. Each rowing organization must be in good standing in order to vote at the AGM. The form linked above will guide you through submitting a Voting Designate Form if someone from your organization will be present to vote, or a Proxy Form if no one from your organization will be present and someone else is being assigned to vote on your behalf.
- NOMINATE: Each year around the time of the AGM, Rowing BC celebrates our Annual Awards winners in the categories of Umpire of the Year, Athlete of the Year, Club Coach of the Year, Performance Coach of the Year, and Outstanding Volunteer(s) of the Year. Anyone can submit a nomination! Submit a nomination HERE by Monday, October 26, 2026. Award winners will be announced in communications the day after the AGM.
