CAMP: Rowing BC Junior Development Camp

December 13, 2026

OVERVIEW

Come join BC’s top identified Junior athletes at the Rowing BC Junior Development Camp held at the John M.S. Lecky UBC Boathouse in Richmond on December 13, 2026.

Rowing BC Camps are designed to bring together the province’s top junior rowing athletes for a series of development-focused training opportunities throughout the year. These camps provide athletes with a chance to showcase their skills, receive expert coaching, and connect with other talented juniors across British Columbia.

In addition to on-water training and technical skill development, the camp offers physiological testing protocols, to help athletes and coaches better understand fitness levels, monitor progress, and guide individualized training plans. These camps also play a key role in exploring potential future crews for provincial and national events, giving athletes an early opportunity to be considered for higher-level competition.

This camp is part of a structured development pathway aimed at identifying and nurturing emerging rowing talent, fostering a strong, connected, and high-performing junior rowing community in BC.
