Strength Training for Youth Rowers

*This session will be followed by “Selection” at 11.15am

Facilitated by Oliver Amiel, Brentwood College Rugby Strength & Conditioning Coach, this session is a must for any coach wanting to understand how to safely use resistance training for their youth rowers. Topics covered will include when, and how, to include resistance training in your youth program, and include fundamental exercises to assist the development of your rowers.
