Selection
Facilitated by Chuck McDiarmid, Rowing Canada Aviron High-Performance Development Coordinator, this session will offer an overview of selection policies and procedures for athletes and coaches from the perspective of Rowing Canada Aviron’s Development Selection Process. The information will be valuable to both coaches and athletes, particularly those wanting to be considered for Team BC for the upcoming BC Summer Games.
