• June 5 at 4:30pm, RCA and Colour the Trails are hosting a 1-hour webinar on how to foster and maintain inclusive rowing environments. More information and registration can be found HERE.
• RCA Coach Weekend 2 Workshop –  June 11, 13, 15, 2024 – If you coach athletes in the Train to Train and Learn to Compete stages of their development, the RCA Coach pathway is for you! This pathway consists of two workshops and this is the second of those workshops. If you have participated in Weekend 1, dust off your assignment from Weekend 1 and join us. • LTR Coach Workshop – June 23, 30 – If you coach athletes in their first year of rowing, the Learn to Row Coach pathway is for you! This pathway has just one workshop and this is it. Details and registration can be found HERE.
• Community Coach Webinar – June 25, 2024, 7pm PT – The Community Coach Webinar series is designed to be a place for conversation between coaches. This session will be about FUN!
