RCA Coach Weekend 1 Workshop

Description: If you are coaching club athletes in the Train-to-Train and Learn-to-Compete levels of the Long Term Athlete Development Plan, RCA Coach Workshops for training and certification are the best starting point for you. In this workshop you will learn about and discuss: Safety, Long Term Athlete Development, Training plans, Movement screening, Skills Analysis, Practice planning, Support competition experiences, and Rigging. This is the first workshop in this pathway.

Cost for the RCA Coach Weekend #1 Workshop is $300.00

Registrations close on March 3, 2025. There are 12 spots available so make sure to register early. All coach workshop participants are required by RCA to have completed the Every Coach Certified modules. More information can be found HERE.
