RCA Coastal Coach Workshop – In-Person Component

Location: Cadboro Bay in Victoria, BC
Description: This workshop is the In-Person Component of RCA Coastal Coach Pathway.
If you are coaching Coastal Rowers, the Coach Certification pathway includes the RCA Coach Weekend 1 Workshop, as well as the Coastal Coach Workshop Virtual Component, and the Coastal Coach Workshop In-Person Component. The Coastal Coach Workshops include modules on Safety (including Float Plans and Dynamic Risk Assessments), Beach Entry, Training and Race Skills, Rigging, and Rules of Racing.
Details: RCA Coastal Coach In-Person Component consists of a full day workshop in-person
Cost for the Workshop is $75

Registrations close on March 5, 2025. There are 12 spots available so make sure to register early. All coach workshop participants are required by RCA to have completed the Every Coach Certified modules. More information can be found HERE. The Virtual Component workshop is required before doing the In-Person Component.
