Note: RCA has introduced the Every Coach Certified initiative, which includes prerequisite modules for NCCP workshops. These modules (if not previously taken) must be completed prior to coaches attending an RCA Learn to Row Coach or RCA Coach Workshop.
These modules are: Coach Initiation in Sport, Rowing Essentials and Making Ethical Decisions
To complete these modules, coaches must log in or make a new account in the CAC Locker. Once logged in, there is an e-learning button near the top of the page. This will lead to the e-learning section. Select the Multi-Sport option to find Making Ethical Decisions and Coach Initiation in Sport. Select the Rowing option to find Rowing Essentials.
Coaches who have previous NCCP training may not need all modules. Click here to confirm which modules you need to complete.
