This camp is an opportunity for flatwater rowers to benefit from coaches outside of their own daily training environment to work on technical adjustments in preparation for the head racing season. The camp will include a one-on-one rigging session to help each participant set their boat up for maximal efficiency, on-water sessions followed by video analysis, as well as on-land sessions focused on strength & conditioning specific to the needs of Masters athletes. Participants are encouraged to register with others they will be racing with during the head racing season. In this case, equipment will be provided to ensure crews entered to race together are able to partake in the camp in the same boat class as they will be racing in. Participants who sign up solo are encouraged to provide their own single. Registration includes a limited-edition Rowing BC Masters Camp longsleeve technical shirt.
